1. Service Description

FEAT Theory ABC™ is a numerology and Vedic astrology analysis platform that generates personalized reports based on user-provided birth data. The platform is provided by Kiara Astro ABC Pvt Ltd.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• One account per person — multiple accounts for the same person are not permitted
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account

3. Plans & Payment

• Free plan is available with limited features at no cost
• Paid plans (Basic ₹1,500 / Pro ₹12,000) are activated immediately upon successful payment
• Payments are processed securely via PayU India
• Plan validity begins from the date of payment activation
• Pro plan includes a FEAT Desktop Software license for the same validity period

5. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis methodology, FEAT Theory framework, software, and reports generated by FEAT Theory ABC™ are the exclusive intellectual property of Kiara Astro ABC Pvt Ltd and Somaveer Singh. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FEAT Theory ABC™ provides analysis for informational and educational purposes only. The reports and recommendations:

• Are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice
• Are based on numerological and astrological frameworks and should be treated as guidance
• Do not guarantee any specific outcomes in life, health, career, or relationships

7. Limitation of Liability

Kiara Astro ABC Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of FEAT Theory ABC™ or reliance on any report generated by the platform.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract the FEAT methodology
• Sharing account credentials with third parties
• Using automated tools to generate reports in bulk
• Reselling reports generated on this platform

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
